The Nature & Work of the Holy Spirit ~ Convicts us to Repent

Today’s sermon, “Convicts us to Repent,” will continue our series on the nature and work of the Holy Spirit. Last week, Pastor Zoll discussed how the Holy Spirit helps us grow in wisdom and knowledge. In particular, it helps us grow in our understanding of who God is and how we should live in light of who God is. This week, Pastor Martinez will discuss how, when we grow in our understanding of God, we begin to learn about the character of God and His nature. As we do this, we want to do what pleases God, our most Heavenly Father. In this, we are convicted of our sin and led in repentance to turn back to Him.
