Spiritual Disciplines: Life on Mission ~ What is the Mission?

Are we ready to live a life that transcends our daily struggles? Today, we will be invited to embrace the Spiritual Disciplines and Holy Habits that shape us into the people God calls us to be, living a life of mission and service, by living a life on mission. We will reflect on our collective journey over the past year, and pose a critical question: What is the mission of God, and how do we join it? Emphasizing that our faith is a communal experience, we will highlight our calling to be agents of transformation in our communities. Scripture supports a life of mission, reminding us that true freedom comes when we abandon our agendas to join God’s mission of creation, sustenance, redemption, and restoration.
